We are recruiting an After-Sales Service Technician/Fitter in the East of France.

Your mission

Your role in action!

Install, maintain and/or repair door and window equipment, in accordance with compliance commitments made to customers.
Diagnose any malfunctions and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Provide support and expertise to customers and installers.
Contribute to the proper management of job sites through to settlement.
Prepare the worksite and ensure that all products are in compliance.
Knowledge and experience of SOMFY home automation systems (connected motorizations, programming and electrical connections).
Be autonomous in site planning
Computer literate

Profile required

You have training in joinery installation and/or successful experience in a similar position. You are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, with a sense of customer service, good interpersonal skills and a neat appearance.
