Tasks:

Manage the financial aspects of various Group entities.

As such, you will :

• Enter, check and pay supplier invoices
• Paying expenses
• Monitor invoicing operations, control collections and overdue payments in conjunction with distribution agencies
• Integrate entries from sales software into accounting software
• Ensure bank reconciliation, monitor cash flow forecasts
• Entering, checking and lettering customer and supplier accounting entries.
• Checking VAT entries - Filing monthly VAT returns
• Managing fixed assets
• Participate in monthly income statements
• Calculate account provisions
• Participate in the preparation of the balance sheet and income statement
• Helping to prepare tax returns
• Participation in optimizing existing procedures and processes
