Assistant RH en Alternance H/F

Tasks:

Make an active contribution to human resources management by taking part in a variety of assignments within a fast-growing department.

You will be responsible for :

• Promoting our employer brand, in particular through recruitment missions such as the development of job offers;
• Personnel administration for the Group's various companies in a multi-conventional environment (employee integration, employment contracts, DPAE, etc.);
• Monitoring the skills development plan ;
• Payroll management (collection, control and entry of variables, preparation of pay slips) ;
• A social legal watch, contributing dynamically to the essential missions of our HR department.
